The Twig and Spoon is a delight to the eye with its pristine ‘New England’ décor enhanced by dark wood furnishings. Floor to ceiling windows create a bright, airy feel at the same time maintaining an intimate, homely atmosphere in which to relax and dine with friends and family. A large, sunny exterior courtyard is elegantly planted with shrubs and trees reminiscent of a Mediterranean garden.

British cuisine is at the forefront of the menu with all dishes produced on the premises. Seasonal ingredients are sourced directly from small farms and producers in the locality. Emphasis is on organic, free-range and sustainable produce and our Chef creates dishes that show these quality ingredients at their best. The menu features local specialities such as Winterdale cheeses from Winterdale Cheesemakers in Wrotham which has won British and Worldwide awards.

We are a family-run establishment and our mission statement at the Twig and Spoon is to provide a friendly, clean, comfortable environment where customers can be assured of good quality, seasonal food, whether it’s homemade cakes with freshly ground coffee or a special lunch with the family. We endeavour to provide the best… we don’t cut corners… we are proud to source our high quality ingredients from local hard working farmers and merchants. We make 90% of our items from scratch, including cakes, biscuits, chutneys and preserves from which 95% of our ingredients are organic or locally sourced.
